We handle most of the compliance requirements for our clients and engage the necessary government ministries and agencies for the issuance and renewal of operational licences and mining leases.

We usually adopt a two-prong strategic approach, by constructively engaging the relevant stakeholders in the industry, whilst ensuring that our clients are statutorily compliant; where engagements fail, we usually enforce our clients’ rights, by approaching the relevant Court.
